What you pay for delivery

anything at ₹999 or over travels free — below that a flat ₹49 is added at checkout, once per order rather than per item.

Cash on Delivery carries no handling fee.

Dispatch and delivery times

packing takes 1–2 business days from the day you order and then the courier leg is 3–9 business days.

Our courier collection closes at 3:00 PM IST; anything after that is packed the next working day.

Couriers give us these windows; they are not guarantees — festival weeks, weather and local restrictions can add a day or two, and we tell you when we know a parcel is running late.

Which addresses we serve

We serve addresses in India and nowhere else . We neither ship abroad nor deliver to freight-forwarding addresses.

Our couriers do not reach every pin code . You will hear from us and get your money back, not silence.

Tracking

Damage and failed deliveries

Film the unboxing. Damage, a wrong item or a shortfall reported inside 48 hours with video is put right at our cost, including the return leg.

An incomplete address or repeated failed attempts send the parcel back to us . A second attempt costs the flat delivery charge again, once you give us a working address.
