Why we need it
So we can dispatch, reply, process returns, and satisfy Indian tax and consumer record rules . We neither profile you for advertising nor sell your details.
Who your details reach
The courier delivering your parcel, plus our hosting and email providers — nobody else, and none may use the data for their own purposes. Anything handed to an authority is handed over because the law requires it.
Nothing about your eyesight or the contents of a jewellery box is asked for or recorded at any point.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires . Enquiries that led nowhere are deleted after closure; we keep nothing ‘just in case’.

Two kinds of cookie run here — functional ones for the basket, and basic page analytics . Blocking them in your browser is your call, but checkout stops working.
There is no newsletter and no marketing list here — the only messages you get from us are about an order you placed.
What you can ask for
You have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000): access to your personal data, correction of it, and erasure where we are not required to retain it Route it through the Grievance Officer below and expect a reply within a reasonable period.

Security
The site runs over HTTPS and access to order records is limited to the people who fulfil orders . Should a breach ever touch your data, you and the authority both hear from us.
