How the catalogue is put together
Stock comes in from suppliers, gets checked against the order, then photographed and listed . There is no drop-shipping here; the stock is ours before it is yours.
Product pages here only carry facts we can support, so some pages look sparse. That is the point.

We are an independent retailer selling jewellery boxes & gift packaging under the name Manori Parade, shipping nationwide and accountable for each order.
Our catalogue is bought from suppliers and sold as our own. We make nothing ourselves and represent no manufacturer.
Putting things right
we pick, check and pack an order in 1–2 business days and transit runs 3–9 business days once it is collected.
Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.
You have 10 days to return an item, and refunds go out within 7 business days . There is no direct exchange, stated here rather than buried in a policy page.
